Solar panels provide a source of electrical current which is sold to PG&E. Hence electrical costs for irrigation is very low. Water storage is provide by 2 tanks located app. 500 ft above the vineyard for gravity flow. Pump is operated by float switches located in the tanks. Total tank capacity is app. 8,000 gal. BARN Barn is 30 x 40 ft. metal Quonset hut shaped building with cement floor, wired with electrical service. There is a metal pole shed built in 2005 next to the barn for additional equipment storage plus a small metal building for storing chemicals.
