a photo is important to your listing. If you have a photo, but cannot send
it as an attachment, email us and
we can arrange scanning it for you. Be concise and clear in your description,
listing the essential information such as number of bedrooms, baths, square
footage of living space, property size, if there is a garage, basement,
etc. It is also MOST important to describe all the wonderful features about
your home or property, the things that make it special to you...examples:
its location, views, decks, hot tub, golf nearby, income potential, low
taxes, neighborhood park, easy access to city, nice gardens, built-ins,
new roof, etc. Include your price, as well as telephone and/or email so
that people can contact you. Please try to be brief and to the point. |
