When writing the description for your home or property include not only the expected details such as square footage or number of bedrooms, but especially include what is special about your home. It may be close to a park, or has a beautiful view from the balcony, or has brought you steady rental income, or has a fishing pond down the road, or a skyscraper across the river. Whatever it is, it is important to include all the benefits of your home, the land it is on, and the surrounding area. If writing is not your forte, just list these important details. 

As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. Though not required, a photo will greatly enhance the impact of your ad.
